Sports Scholarships are available to new students entering Years 7 to 11 who currently compete at a high level in one or more of RGS's priority core sports.

2025 Sports Scholarships

Sporting Scholarship applications are now closed.

Sports Scholarships are available for students who currently compete at State or National level or have been selected in a talent identification programme, in one or more of RGS’s priority core sports - Cricket, Netball, Rowing, Rugby (League and Union), and Touch Football. The Scholarships are offered based on the applicant's performance and achievements in their chosen sport, as well as evidence of their sound record of academic performance and good behaviour and effort. Students awarded a Scholarship must comply with the terms and conditions of the RGS Scholarship programme, commit to the School’s values and actively participate and contribute to the wider School community.
